The Cloudmonster 3 Hyper LightSpray came pretty close to the shoe I had built up in my head. The ride is light and responsive, while the upper and $280 price keep it from being an easy recommendation. Still, it is one of the more interesting trainers I have run in this year. Not quite a dream shoe, but at least this time I woke up and it was actually there.
