The Longest Short Race
The 5K is where a lot of runners start, but that does not mean it is easy. Three point one miles can ask a lot from you no matter how you run it. The distance somehow always feels longer once the effort starts to catch up.
My Favorite Race
All runners have their favorite race. That one they register for the day registration opens. The one they cannot wait to run again the moment they cross the finish line. For me, that race is the Peachtree Road Race.
